how does a virtual golf outing work?

1. Registration

Sign up online for The Birdie Cup event of your choice. (Icon – golf ball on tee) Choose from charity-focused outings, fun seasonal themes, or corporate challenges. Play solo or create a team.

2. EVENT PACKAGE

As your event date approaches, you’ll receive your official Birdie Cup event package in the mail. The package includes your selected merchandise and scorecard instructions. Most outings can be played in a 9- or 18-hole format, giving players flexibility to fit the round into their schedule. Third-party hosted outings (i.e. fundraisers, corporate events, nonprofits, etc.) outings may follow their own format.

3. TIME TO PLAY

Hit the Course – Schedule a round at any golf course you choose during the event period — or play on your own schedule if it’s a flex event. 4. SUBMIT SHARE

Submit & Share- When you complete your round, upload your score and course info through our website. Then celebrate! Post your Birdie Cup photos on our community pages and tag us on social media using the hashtag #TheBirdieCup so we can feature you. (Icon: Smartphone with scorecard)

5. GIVE BACK

Give Back – Every Birdie Cup event supports a great cause. A portion of your registration goes directly to charity – so every swing helps make a difference. (icon: golf flag with heart)
